I am not sure if this product was actually intended as a heater for your hands while using your keyboard and mouse, or if it was just repurposed. Either way, I could use one right now. The Ra-Key Radiant Keyboard Heater ($79) keeps your hands toasty while you work at the computer. There is a 4 or 8 hour timer, a quiet fan-less design, and it uses about 400-watts. That will teach the overlords to run the AC so cold.
