Haven’t heard of Retevis? Give it time, you will. Retevis is making quite a name for themselves stateside with their high quality and low priced line of radios. They have everything from low to high-end radios from 0.5-watts up to a full 10-watts! On to the Retevis RT45 FRS/GMRS review.
You may notice that the RT45 looks a bit like a Motorola walkie talkie, in fact, it looks a lot like a Motorola. This entry level radio has quite a few features packed in and has good real-world range.
The RT45 radios come in many different quantity options from a 2-pack all the way up to a 1000 pack (seriously, here is the link if you want 1000). The packaging was nice and included everything you need to get started including belt clips, batteries, and a charger. The manual needs some work (improper English abounds).
